  • Can I still get my BMW repaired at a genuine BMW dealership?

    We continue to offer our workshop services at many locations to ensure the necessary individual mobility of our society even during the current, challenging situation.

  • How do I keep my BMW free from viruses?

    We suggest cleaning all surfaces that you touch with a damp cloth and a little soapy water. Knobs and door handles may also be cleaned carefully with a little disinfectant. Please do not use any aggressive (e.g. chlorine, etc.), abrasive or corrosive cleaners on the surface of your car and interior. You can also reduce the spread of viruses on your interior by washing your hands before using your BMW.

  • How can I protect myself?

    Stay up-to-date with the latest COVID-19 information, available on the World Health Organization (WHO) website and through your national and local health authorities. Observe the behavior and hygiene measures shown and recommended there.

  • Are there any changes to the expiration date of warranty and service packs that are affected by corona virus?

    BMW is committed to supporting customers affected by the closure of our retailers during the coronavirus restrictions. For customers with a warranty expiry during the coronavirus restrictions (from 16th March 2020 onwards), we will extend your warranty coverage until 1st of May 2020. Please contact your BMW Service Partner by phone or visit their homepage to find out about the current contact options.
